Our pre-made 9ct gold collection consists of the finest quality pieces, imported all the way from Italy. These pieces deliver in a maximum of 2 to 5 working days, depending on availability.

All our jewellery items are inspected thoroughly before being dispatched to clients. However; No Refunds are available — all orders are made and designed personally for each client.
We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
- The product has the incorrect size or specifications, on error of our part.
- Incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
